Meet Erene…
Erene is a soulful Creatrix, deeply attuned to the mysteries of the Feminine and the greek sea. An Oriental Dance Artist and Teacher of Dance & Embodiment, she weaves movement, meditation, and creative expression into a sacred practice.
She birthed Graceful Embodiment – A Portal to Grace, an alchemy-infused space where women reconnect with their essence. Through ritual, dance, archetypal exploration, and embodied expression, she guides them in awakening their grace and flowing with the sacred dance of the Feminine.
She is also the host of Graceful Embodiment – The Podcast, a space of grounded spirituality and self-development for women longing to honor the Feminine principle within.
Currently traveling abroad, she shares her work through an in-person signature Feminine Embodiment Training, where participants dive deeply into embodied work to awaken their Shakti energy and Feminine magnetism.
Her teaching experience spans over 15 years. She began teaching dance and embodiment as a teenager and has continued ever since.
Her dance career has taken her to stages worldwide and into countless masterclasses. In 2017, she received a scholarship to complete the 200-hour AATEC Teacher Training in Madrid with renowned Oriental Dance Master Teacher Nesma Al-Andalus, studying Classical Oriental Dance, Egyptian Folklore, Andalusi Dances, and Arabic Music for Dancers.
Over the years, she has cultivated her own holistic approach to teaching Oriental Dance, integrating it with unique embodied practices, rituals, and meditations. Alongside her teaching, she also hosted women’s circles infused with embodiment work — a space that became one of her greatest joys and deepest callings.
As her journey unfolded, her passion expanded beyond dance into the awakening of the Feminine, womb work, embodiment, and somatic healing. She has immersed herself in these realms through devoted study and training, including Embodiment Unlimited, the Inner Jaguar Training with Kimberly Ann Johnson, and Nervous System Reset with Irene Lyon. She has also followed the profound work of Peter Levine, Gabor Maté, and Irene Lyon.
Erene holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Aristotle University in Greece and has studied Digital Marketing to support her vision and bring her creative offerings into the world. While it is natural for her to dwell in her Feminine energy and travel through realms of imagination, she equally honors her Masculine by grounding her dreams into tangible form.
She loves night dances in her yard, deep connection, grounded spirituality, astrology, all forms of art, cats, and the comfort of staying at home. She is an earthy Taurus with many fire placements and a watery Cancer moon that makes her cry easily.
She envisions a world where the sacred Feminine and its gentle compassion are honored by all.
