The Creative Goddess’s Guide to Rome
I believe that every woman has an innate ability to create art and beauty. To make something from nothing, just as she is designed to give birth. But this creative power isn’t limited to life itself, it extends to ideas, solutions, and artistic expressions in countless forms and dimensions.
I’ve always felt deeply connected to my Creatrix archetype, a connection that was nurtured from a young age by my mother. She didn’t buy me many toys, instead, our home was always filled with art supplies, inviting me to create my own world. When I was five, she placed a vase of flowers in front of me, handed me a sketchbook and Faber-Castell pencils, and said:
"Draw what you see. You have the power to depict it beautifully."
These moments sparked a lifelong artistic journey filled with sketching, poetry, collages, dance, music, and charcoal-stained hands. I wasn’t allowed to watch TV, so instead, you’d find me buried in books or lost in the creative process.
Now, whenever I want to conceive a new idea or evolve an existing one, whether it’s a poem, a choreography, the script for a guided meditation, or even the birth of my website - I intentionally tap into my Creatrix archetype. I become a channel for creativity, often retreating to the Greek sea to let inspiration flow.
The sea is deeply feminine and communicates with my inner waters.
This process is something I now teach in my Graceful Embodiment Program, where I help women reconnect with their creative essence among other things.
